Noctua, latin for "Owl" was a constellation thatcould be found near the tail of Hydra in the southern celestial hemisphere. Over time, it have faded from recongition as many folks barely remember this constellation, but it's still one of my favorite to draw from time to time.
 
~ Details of the Product ~
Each Noctua illustration are hand-drawn/burned into a 23x8.5" wood plank with live edge. All come with glow-in-the-dark special effect on the stars and the owl. This illustration comes in two version: wood-stained and colored: 
- Wood-stained version is combination of Antique Walnut wood stain with Vann Dyke/Black Ink
- Colored version is combination of various colored stains/inks to add some liviness to the illustration.
