- Shipping Timeline and What It Means for Fans -
The Evolution Scrolls are currently traveling by sea, which naturally takes longer than air shipping. The estimated arrival is mid-July and once the scrolls arrive, all orders will be processed and ship within 1 to 2 weeks. This timeline accounts for the careful handling required, especially for the Glow-n-Dark and Metallic Limited Editions, along with the Pre-Order additions as well.
This means fans should prepare for a delivery phase starting in late July to early August. Patience will be key during this period, but the wait promises to be worth it given the quality and special effects involved.
- What Makes the Limited Editions Special -
Limited Edition scrolls are not just regular items. They come with special effects such as Glow-n-Dark or Metallic Ink that enhance the overall experience. These effects are added personally, ensuring each Limited Edition scroll is unique and meets high standards.
This personal touch does means however, that the Limited Editions take longer to prepare before shipping. Fans who ordered these versions can expect a more detailed and immersive product, reflecting the passion and dedication behind the project.
- Tips for Caring for Your Evolution Scroll -
To keep your scroll in the best condition, please consider these care tips:
Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading of colors. The Glow-n-Dark and Metallic Ink will still shine from natural lighting but direct sun on the scrolls is highly advised against as the colors and effects will fade over time.
Keep away from moisture to protect the material and effects. While the scrolls can handle some water, provided it was clear, it would be wise to prevent any moisture or fluid to come in contact as the scrolls are delicate and not washer friendly.
Handle with clean hands to avoid smudges or damage and Avoid sharp objects. While these scrolls have some durability, they are still delicate fabric and can easily stain and cut with ease.
Keep the scrolls indoor. There have been times that the scrolls were mistaken as outdoor banners. These scrolls are not to be put outside as it will fade the color and wear out the scrolls faster. These scrolls are also not glued into their bars so a gust of wind can easily rip the scrolls apart.
Proper care will preserve the scroll’s beauty and value for years to come.
- What’s Next for Digimon Fans After This Release -
The arrival of the Evolution Scroll marks a milestone, but it’s also a stepping stone for future Digimon projects. Fans can look forward to:
New expansions or updates to the Digimon Keychain and Scroll series!
Upon the success of the Digimon Illustrations, fans have been requesting other digimon to add to the roosters of scrolls such as Veemon being the most popular demand. In time, I may tackle other Digmon series such as Adventure 2, Frontier, Tamers, etc. but for now, the current digimon rooster is as it is.
As for keychains, the Digimon Crest Keychain will be getting an update in term of designs. No longer will they be Acrylic Keychains. They will be a combination of Wood and Resin with Gold Leaf effect similar to the current Crest design. An update post will be made when the new design have been created (and stress tested).
Stay tuned for more posts regarding Scrolls, Keychains, etc.
